It has been a super week of exploring all things to do with understanding the world around us.
On Wednesday we enjoyed a wonderful Science assembly, with a fantastic Christian theme. We learnt how everything around us is God’s creation and teachers us about how amazing God is. The children had great fun watching some Science experiments (including making bubbles with dry-ice!) and singing songs.
On Friday we welcomed Simisola’s father into class. He he told us all about his Scientific job as a Doctor which is all about the human body. He even showed us a video of what it looks like in the hospital and we saw the robot that performs operations and looks inside people’s tummy’s! We learnt that it is very important to ask questions such as: Who? What? Why? When? and How? and that questioning is a really important part of Science.
