Busy Outdoor Week in Year 6
This week, Year 6 began their rehearsals for their upcoming production of Grimm. They all received their parts and enthusiastically took part in read-throughs of the script, crafting their characters' voices and mannerisms.
We also had our annual Green Day where the children had the opportunity to plant seeds, complete obstacle courses, design a sustainable playground and engage in some environmental acting as well as much more. We were extremely proud of how our Year 6 children helped the adults bring younger children around the school and helped them with their activities.
Finally, on Thursday, all of Year 6 attended the Hertfordshire Primary Gaelic Football Day. They played at least 5 games each against schools from across our local area and represented their school impeccably through their sportsmanship and their behaviour. They each received medals for their participation.
