Pizza making and Sports Day in Year 3
This week, Year 3 had a special treat when they made pizzas as part of their D&T topic on seasonal food. The children learned how to roll dough to the desired thickness, how to spread the sauce without splashing it everywhere, and how to carefully choose and arrange their toppings. The staff were quite envious of the delicious smells coming from the final products!
On Thursday, Year 3 experienced their first Upper Site Sports Day and took part in fun events, including the tug of war, the beanbag toss, and a new event for this year: the bucket race. The children tried their best and did their House proud.
