Last Friday’s Key Stage 2 school disco was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who attended. The event was brilliantly organised by our PTA, with DJ Bailey keeping the dancefloor buzzing all evening with a great mix of music.
The hall was full of energy, smiles, and some impressive dance moves, making it a memorable night for our Key Stage 2 pupils. A big thank you goes to the parents and staff who gave up their time to help set up, supervise, and tidy away at the end – your support made the event run so smoothly.
Not only are our PTA events great fun, but they also raise lots of money for our school! Fundraising by the PTA this year has enabled us to buy outdoor equipment and welly racks; fund special events like an African drumming workshop for Black History Week and outdoor learning afternoons with our environmental tutor, Miss Sophia; and has also paid for our Squabble Squashers to receive peer mediation training from Herts Mediation.
