Sports Day in Year 6

Year 6 have been busy this week continuing to prepare for their production of Aladdin and we are grateful to all the children who have already brought in their costumes. Don’t forget to send your child’s costume in as soon as possible and if you have any questions please just check with the class teachers.
The children enjoyed taking part in a different kind of drama this week as part of their RE lesson where they considered good and bad ways to communicate with others when we don’t agree.
Then on Friday everyone got into their house teams to take part in Sports Day. They took part in all kinds of events – from relay races to egg and spoon to sack races. the day ended on a high with the party bus and their Hollywood-themed leavers’ disco!
