This week, we began our new Design Technology topic by creating abstract 3D sculptures using cardboard. The children cut out individual card pieces and slotted them together—without using glue or tape—to build their structures. This technique gave them plenty of freedom to experiment and resulted in a range of imaginative and creative designs.
