Wow what a busy week we have had this week! For Sustainability Week we had our annual Green Day which took place on both sites. The children had a fantastic time and our outside space is starting to be transformed. We have also made bunting to celebrate Sustainability Week out of recycled t-shirts and fabric pens. The children did an amazing job designing their triangles and we cannot wait to see the finished product displayed

We made a start on our new book today, which is part of our Whole School Book project. Every year group will be using the same book as part of their English focus – watch this space for more next week. Today, however, we introduced the marine theme and started making 3-d sea creatures together. The children have designed and made an array of jellyfish, sharks, turtles and more besides. Next week we will review our work and make it even better.
