We are looking forward to seeing all of our pupils and families on Tuesday January 6th, 2026. School is closed to pupils on Monday 5th January for an INSET day.
In the event of snow next week, we will confirm whether school is open as early in the morning as possible. Please check your texts, emails and the school website for updates.
Tuesday 6th January is the Solemnity of the Epiphany when we celebrate the visit of the wise men to the crib and Christ’s showing forth to the nations. It is a Holy Day of Obligation when the church asks Catholics to attend Mass. Usually the school would attend the 10am Mass at St Alban and St Stephen. Unfortunately, this will not be possible this year. There will be an Epiphany Assembly in the school on the Solemnity of the Epiphany, but parents are advised that there will be Masses at 7pm on Monday 4th January at St Alban & St Stephen, and then at 10am at St Bartholomew’s and 7pm at St Alban & St Stephen on Tuesday 6th January.
