Year 1 brought their Geography and Science learning to life yesterday with a fantastic trip to Mead Open Farm.
We saw goats. sheep, cows, pigs, chickens, rabbits, ponies and many more animals.
It was a real hands-on experience as we were able to feed them, groom them and stroke them.
There was also time to have a ride on a tractor, play in the fantastic play area and of course eat lunch!
We thank all the parent helpers for assisting the Year 1 Team. We could not have done it without you!
Finally, we say farewell to Mrs. Soni and we wish her all the very best as she moves back to India to be with her family.
She will be sadly missed by all the children and the staff at SSAS, but we wish her all the very best for the future.
We wish all our families a very happy and safe half term break and we look forward to seeing you all on Monday 2nd June for the final half term of this academic year.
