Year 6 actively learning

While it is the week before SATs and the children have been working hard, revising maths and English, there has still been lots of fun. The children enjoyed a lesson with Mr Blessing today in Gaelic Football, showing how they can work really effectively in teams and thinking about attacking and defending strategies. They took part in some maths lessons which also required teamwork: a maths relay challenge and solving clues to break the code for an escape room activity. The children have shown great resilience this week – well done everyone! Have a restful weekend and we will see you next Monday bright and early!
